At Athar ESG Advisory, we are committed to protecting your privacy and your organization's data. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information, particularly when using our AI analysis and document upload features.
We collect two main types of data:
To provide precise analysis, we leverage Large Language Models (LLMs). When you scan a utility bill or generate a report:

We retain reports and company data while your account is active. Account deletion immediately cancels subscriptions, then removes reports, company profile, files, and the login identity. Shared screening cache rows and a pseudonymous deletion receipt expire within 30 days; Stripe webhook event records expire within 90 days. Stripe may retain payment and tax records where legally required.
You have the right to access, rectify, export, or completely delete your data. You can trigger a complete data purge directly from your dashboard (Settings > Account Deletion).
We use Supabase for authentication, database, and storage; Stripe for billing; Moonshot AI / Kimi for AI processing; and Google Maps, Earth Engine, and Open-Meteo for location and climate data. We use encrypted transport, account-scoped access controls, request limits, and intentionally exclude report and bill contents from application error logs.
