By accessing or using the Athar platform and mobile applications, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization.
Athar provides software tools for ESG report generation and climate risk screening. All generated outputs are unassured drafts and readiness assessments.Outputs do not constitute formal assurance under IFRS S1/S2, GHG Protocol, or any other framework, and should not be used as a substitute for certified professional legal, financial, or assurance advisory.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the data you input into the platform. Athar accepts no liability for calculations or narratives resulting from incorrect inputs. Missing data fields will be treated as "not collected" and will never be silently converted to zero.
Certain features require a paid subscription processed via Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and partial refunds are not provided.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Athar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data, arising from the use or inability to use our platform and its generated outputs.
You may upload a document only when you are authorized to process it and share it with service providers. Bill scanning requires explicit consent and Moonshot AI / Kimi processing is governed by the provider's current terms. Remove unnecessary personal data and verify extracted results before use.
Account deletion is distinct from normal cancellation: associated subscriptions are canceled immediately before product data is removed. Stripe may retain payment and tax records where retention is legally required.
